Ironman Challenge
Challenge yourself during the month of March to complete a full Ironman. Participants will work at their own pace to complete the 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and the 26.2 miles of running/walking. Participants will keep track of their accomplishments on the Ironman chart provided at the time of registration and many will post their progress in the weight room at the Complex. On March 31 we will celebrate the accomplishments of participants and award T-shirts.
